1 · Overview
myzaahi.com is a Metra Video Intelligence platform powered by Zaahi Studios. This Privacy Policy explains how the platform ("we," "us," "our," "MyZaahi") collects, uses, shares, and protects information about you ("you," "user," "advertiser," "client") when you use our website at myzaahi.com, the Metra Video Intelligence Portal, the Quick Launch wizard, the Local TV Marketplace, the Ad Credit Wallet, the File Convert workspace, the admin dashboard, and any related APIs, integrations, or services (collectively, the "Platform").
The Platform is built and operated by Zaahi Studios on the Metra Intelligence stack. When this policy refers to "we," "us," or "our," that means Zaahi Studios acting through the Metra Video Intelligence platform.
We designed the Platform so that you remain in control of your creative, your spend, and your distribution. We do not sell your personal information. We use the data we collect strictly to operate the Platform, deliver your campaigns, and improve performance.
2 · Information we collect
2.1 Information you provide to us
- Account information — name, email address, phone number, business name, business type, login credentials, and verification codes used to confirm your email at signup.
- Campaign content — uploaded logos, photos, video clips, podcast audio, scripts, voiceover preferences, business pitch copy, and any commercial templates you choose.
- Targeting + scheduling inputs — age ranges, gender, household income, ethnicity focus, DMA/metro market, ZIP codes, dayparts, broadcaster airtime schedules, and other audience parameters you enter.
- Payment + credit information — billing contact, subscription plan choice (Starter, Growth, Performance, Dominance), credit purchases, credit applications against campaigns, and transaction history. We do not store full payment-card numbers on our servers; those are handled by our PCI-compliant payment processor.
- Social and podcast handles — the TikTok, YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, X, LinkedIn, Snapchat, Pinterest, Spotify, Apple Podcasts, Google Podcasts, Amazon Music, iHeartRadio, Pandora, Overcast, and Stitcher account links you enter so we can deliver finished cuts and (with your consent) syndicate them.
- Support communications — any messages you send our team via email or in-app chat.
2.2 Information collected automatically
- Visitor Intelligence — when anyone visits the Platform's marketing pages we record: timestamp, referring page, landing URL, viewport size, screen resolution, language, timezone, device class (mobile/tablet/desktop), browser, operating system, connection type, scroll depth, time-on-site, and an approximate geographic region derived from IP. We use this to understand traffic and improve the product. This data is shown to platform administrators only.
- Server-side telemetry — IP address, user-agent string, and request timestamps recorded by our servers to detect abuse, debug errors, and meet legal obligations.
- Cookies + browser storage — session tokens, plan caches, draft campaign data, asset blobs in IndexedDB, and preference flags. You can clear these at any time through your browser settings.
- Campaign performance signals — broadcaster log files, impression counts, household reach, conversions, and other measurement data that flows back to us from the networks and platforms where your ads run.
3 · How we use your information
We use the information we collect to:
- Authenticate you, verify your email at signup, and reset your password.
- Operate the wizard, render your campaign data, and route your submissions to the admin queue for review.
- Deliver finished commercial cuts in the formats you request (15-second, vertical, OTT, local TV, social square) and store them in your account.
- Place your campaigns with broadcast stations, OTT inventory, social channels, and other distribution partners.
- Calculate and apply credit balances, plan benefits, and bonuses; bill cash amounts you owe.
- Send transactional emails (verification, password reset, plan changes, credit top-ups, campaign approvals, stage advancement).
- Detect and prevent fraud, abuse, and security incidents (including the CAPTCHA challenge after failed login attempts).
- Provide analytics back to you so you can see how your campaigns are performing.
- Improve the Platform and develop new features.
- Comply with legal obligations.
4 · Protection when distributing to broadcast TV stations
When you direct a campaign to one or more broadcast TV stations (ABC, NBC, CBS, FOX, CW, PBS affiliates, Telemundo, Univision, ION, etc.) through the Platform, we share only what the station needs to traffic and air your spot:
- The finalized creative file in the broadcaster's required format and bitrate.
- Your scheduled dayparts, spot frequency, and flight window.
- The business name and contact necessary for the station's commercial sales record.
- An invoice / IO reference tied to your MyZaahi account.
We do not share your raw uploads (original logo files, photo libraries, podcast audio, scripts) with broadcasters. We do not share your audience targeting parameters, your demographic preferences, your credit balance, or your other connected social accounts with broadcasters.
Each broadcaster has its own data-handling practices. Once your campaign airs, certain post-air log data (spots aired, time codes, station code) is returned to us so we can verify delivery and update your reporting.
5 · Protection when distributing to OTT and streaming services
OTT / streaming distribution (Hulu, Roku, Fire TV, Pluto TV, Tubi, Samsung TV Plus, Peacock, Paramount+, Sling, Disney+, Max, Amazon Freevee, Crackle, Philo, fuboTV, YouTube TV, and others) involves additional automated systems for ad serving, bidding, and measurement. When you place an OTT campaign through MyZaahi:
- We pass the creative file, the audience parameters required by the platform's ad server, and the flight window. We send the minimum data the platform requires to fulfill the buy.
- Real-time bidding events may include device-level signals (IP, household identifier, device type). These signals are processed by the OTT platform; we receive only aggregate measurement back (impressions, reach, completion rate, conversions if a pixel is set).
- We do not share your account login credentials, your credit balance, your wallet history, or your other campaigns with OTT platforms.
- Where required by an OTT platform, we may apply contextual brand-safety tags. We do not allow MyZaahi to be used for fraudulent, malicious, or hateful content.
Some OTT platforms support their own privacy controls (e.g., household opt-out). If a household opts out at the platform level, your ad will not be served to that household even if your targeting otherwise matched.
6 · Social media sharing & connected accounts
You can optionally connect social media accounts (TikTok, YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, X, LinkedIn, Snapchat, Pinterest) and podcast platforms (Spotify, Apple Podcasts, Google Podcasts, Amazon Music, iHeartRadio, Pandora, Overcast, Stitcher) from inside the Quick Launch wizard. When you do:
- We store your handle / channel / feed URL so we know where to deliver finished cuts.
- If you enable Auto-post finished cuts to my connected accounts, we will schedule the post one hour after delivery so you can preview first. You can disable auto-share at any time.
- Where a platform requires an OAuth grant for posting, you will be prompted explicitly. We store only the access tokens required to perform the action you authorized; we do not read your messages, your followers list, your contacts, or other private content.
- We do not sell, rent, or share your social handles with any third party. We do not use your social handles to target other users.
- Posts we make on your behalf are subject to each platform's terms of service and content policies. You are responsible for the accuracy and lawfulness of campaign content.
7 · Running campaigns & using third-party platforms
Running a campaign on MyZaahi involves multiple third parties — broadcasters, OTT platforms, social platforms, ad servers, measurement providers, payment processors, our hosting infrastructure, and (where you elect) our AI voiceover and creative-generation partners. We work only with vendors who:
- Sign a Data Processing Agreement or equivalent that limits their use of your data to performing the service.
- Implement industry-standard security controls.
- Do not use your data to train models on your behalf without your separate consent.
When you submit a campaign, the admin team reviews it before it is released to distribution partners. During this review, your data is visible only to authorized admin users on the Platform. Admins act under a duty of confidentiality and can be audited.
8 · Changing campaign cost, budgets, and credits
The Platform handles credits, plan subscriptions, and per-campaign costs as follows:
- Plans — Starter Vault (FREE), Growth Vault ($59/mo), Performance Vault ($500/mo), Dominance Vault ($3,000/mo). Each plan grants base credits, a bonus percentage, and storage allowance. Plan changes you request are sent to an admin for review and you are emailed when they take effect.
- Credit purchases — credits are non-transferable, do not earn interest, and expire as specified in the plan you subscribe to. One credit equals one US dollar of campaign spend on Platform-priced inventory. Some third-party platforms may have minimum spends that exceed available credits, in which case you will be billed the cash difference.
- Auto-recharge — if you enable auto-recharge in the Wallet, we will refill your balance using the active plan amount whenever the balance drops below 25 credits. You can disable this at any time.
- Storage cap enforcement — uploads that would exceed your plan's storage allowance trigger a prompt to add credits or upgrade. We will not silently delete your uploads, but we may prevent new uploads above the cap until you take action.
- Cost changes — broadcaster rates, OTT inventory prices, and platform fees can change. If a price change affects an active or pending campaign, we will notify you by email and on the admin queue before any charge is applied. You may cancel or adjust the campaign before approval.
- Credit-balance disputes — if you believe your credit balance is incorrect, contact us within 30 days at support@myzaahi.com. We will investigate and correct any verified errors.
Detailed wallet activity is visible to you in the Wallet modal of the Platform. The admin can see your aggregate plan and credit balance for the purpose of approving requests; they cannot see your payment-card data.
9 · Who we share information with
We share information only as needed to provide the Platform, and only with parties bound by contract or law to protect it:
- Broadcasters & OTT platforms — the campaign data needed to traffic and serve your ads (see Sections 4 and 5).
- Social and podcast platforms — the content and handles you authorize (see Section 6).
- Payment processors — card details, tokens, and amounts needed to charge or refund you.
- Hosting and infrastructure — our servers (GoDaddy + cloud providers), database (MySQL), email transport, and analytics. These vendors process data on our behalf under DPAs.
- Legal & safety — when required by law, court order, or to protect rights, property, and safety.
- Business transfers — in the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your data may be transferred to the successor entity, subject to the protections in this Policy.
We do not sell or rent your personal information to advertising networks or data brokers.
10 · How we protect your data
- Passwords are stored as bcrypt hashes; we never see your plaintext password.
- Sessions are issued as cryptographically random bearer tokens that expire after 30 days; you can sign out at any time to revoke them.
- After 3 failed login attempts in 10 minutes, we lock the account with a CAPTCHA challenge and prompt you to reset your password.
- Email verification codes (6-digit) expire after 15 minutes and can only be tried 5 times before being invalidated.
- Asset uploads are stored locally in your browser's IndexedDB until you submit a campaign. Once submitted, assets are persisted on our hosting infrastructure under access controls.
- All data in transit is encrypted with TLS.
- Despite our efforts, no system is perfectly secure. If we detect a breach that affects you, we will notify you in accordance with applicable law.
11 · How long we keep your data
- Account data — for as long as your account is active and for 12 months after account deletion (for legal and accounting purposes).
- Campaign creative — for the life of the campaign plus 24 months of post-campaign reporting.
- Verification codes — purged 24 hours after expiry.
- Login attempt logs — 7 days.
- Visitor Intelligence captures — 365 days, then aggregated.
You may request that we delete your data sooner; see Section 12.
12 · Your rights and choices
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you.
- Correct inaccurate data.
- Delete your data (subject to legal retention obligations).
- Export a portable copy of your data.
- Object to or restrict certain processing.
- Opt out of marketing emails (we will continue to send transactional emails for security and account events).
- Withdraw your consent for any optional integration (e.g., social auto-share) at any time.
To exercise any of these rights, email privacy@myzaahi.com with the subject line "Privacy request." We will respond within 30 days. We may verify your identity before fulfilling requests.
13 · Children
The Platform is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it.
14 · Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top and, for material changes, notify you by email or via an in-app banner before the change takes effect. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
