This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, disclose, and protect your information when you use our AI-powered video creation, editing, analytics, and marketing platform (the "Service"). By accessing or using MyZaahi, you agree to this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
When using MyZaahi you may upload videos, images, logos, audio, voice recordings, scripts, brand assets, marketing materials, documents, prompts, comments, and review notes. You retain ownership of your uploaded content.
Our AI systems may generate video scripts, storyboards, voiceovers, captions, marketing copy, video summaries, Growth Scorecards, engagement analysis, retention analysis, conversion insights, editing recommendations, and performance predictions. These outputs are generated automatically and may not always be accurate.
We automatically collect browser type, device information, IP address, operating system, session information, log files, feature usage, performance metrics, and crash reports.
MyZaahi uses artificial intelligence to provide requested services. Your uploaded content (including videos, images, audio, scripts, and prompts) may be processed by trusted third-party AI providers solely to deliver requested features such as video understanding, scene detection, audio transcription, voice synthesis, image generation, content recommendations, marketing analysis, and automated editing.
We do not guarantee that AI-generated content will be accurate, complete, lawful, or suitable for your intended purpose.
Uploaded media is stored securely to provide requested services. Storage may include original uploads, temporary processing copies, rendered videos, draft projects, AI-generated assets, and project backups. Files are encrypted in transit and at rest on secure cloud infrastructure.
Unless otherwise required by law, content may be automatically deleted after a specified retention period or upon account deletion. Backup copies may persist temporarily before permanent removal. You are responsible for maintaining copies of your original files.
To provide the Service, we rely on third-party providers for cloud hosting, AI processing, video rendering, voice generation, transcription, image generation, analytics, authentication, payment processing, customer support, and email delivery. These providers process your data only as necessary to provide functionality to MyZaahi and are contractually required to protect your information. We do not expose proprietary implementation details about specific providers.
Payments are processed through trusted third-party payment processors. We never store complete credit card numbers. Payment processors may collect your payment method, billing information, transaction history, and subscription status to process recurring billing, invoices, refunds, failed payments, and applicable taxes.
The Service offers subscription plans. We collect the billing information necessary to manage subscriptions, automatic renewals, promotional pricing, and free trials. Detailed legal terms governing subscriptions, renewals, cancellations, and refunds are set out in our Terms of Service.
You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights to all content you upload — including videos, images, logos, branding, music, scripts, and voice recordings. You represent that your uploads do not infringe the rights of any third party.

The Service may automatically generate usage analytics such as Growth Scores, engagement metrics, retention insights, conversion estimates, audience recommendations, and performance reports. These analytics are predictive or informational and should not be interpreted as guarantees of future performance.
We use cookies and similar technologies to keep you signed in, remember your preferences, measure performance, analyze usage, enhance security, and personalize your experience. You can manage cookies through your browser settings, though some features may not function properly if cookies are disabled.
We implement reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect your information, including encryption in transit, HTTPS, access controls, monitoring, and secure cloud infrastructure. No method of electronic storage or transmission is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
The Service is provided on an "as available" basis. AI services may become temporarily unavailable, rendering queues may slow down, cloud providers may experience outages, and scheduled or emergency maintenance may interrupt the Service. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
Processing and rendering times vary and may depend on queue length, uploaded file size, the selected output, and third-party provider availability. Some operations may take several minutes or longer.
Although we employ industry-standard backup and security practices, you are responsible for maintaining copies of your original content. We do not guarantee the recovery of deleted, corrupted, or lost files.
Certain features may be labeled Beta, Experimental, or Preview. These features may change, become unavailable, or produce inconsistent results, and are provided without warranty.
We may suspend or terminate accounts for abuse, copyright violations, fraud, excessive or automated use, payment abuse, or violations of our Terms of Service.
Where available, you may export your data and download your exported videos. Exports and download links may remain available for a limited time and may be removed on a defined deletion schedule. Download limits may apply.
Subject to applicable law, you may access your information, correct inaccurate information, delete your account, request an export of your data (where available), and opt out of certain communications. Some information may be retained where required for legal, security, accounting, or fraud-prevention purposes.
MyZaahi is not intended for children under 13 (or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we learn we have collected such information, we will take reasonable steps to delete it.
Because our cloud and AI providers may operate globally, your information may be processed and stored in countries other than your own. Where required, we implement appropriate safeguards for international data transfers.
The Service is provided "as available." We make no guarantee that AI output is accurate, that generated ads will perform well, or that engagement or growth scores predict actual results. The full limitation-of-liability, warranty-disclaimer, and dispute-resolution provisions that protect both you and us are set out in our Terms of Service.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the updated version with a revised Effective Date, and where changes are significant we will provide notice. Continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Policy.
